FoodDrinkEurope concludes a new lease of 1,500 m2 of office space
The organization FoodDrinkEurope has concluded a new lease for an office area of approximately 1,500 m² at Avenue des Nerviens 9-31, in the European district of Brussels.
The building on Avenue des Nerviens belongs to a fund of DEKA Immobilien Investment, a German investor who bought the building about 5 years ago. Its total area is 8,000 m2 and it is opposite the Parc du Cinquantenaire, near the Schuman roundabout and close to the centre of Brussels. It is well served by public transport. The building includes a beautiful reception area and enjoys a work space of optimal quality.
FoodDrinkEurope is an independent organization that works with European and international institutions focusing on issues in the food and drink sector. The organization coordinates the work of more than 700 specialists who serve on their committees and expert groups. The organization's mission is to respond to consumer demands on food issues.
After CEFIC (the voice of the chemical industry in Europe), COST ASSOCIATION, which finances the creation of scientific research networks, and CEPI, representing paper industries, FoodDrinkEurope is the fourth consecutive European association that Business Space advises for the negotiation of its spaces.
According to Mella Frewen, Director General of FoodDrinkEurope:
'‘The Move or Stay mission, led by the Business Space consultants, allowed us to find a better alternative thanks to a new interior design and negotiations that led to an optimal financial result. We knew exactly what negotiation result was needed to sign a new long-term lease.''
