Surface Area



Based on the results of the detailed analysis of the tenant's specific needs and the objective evaluation of the property's surface area, localisation, quality, operability and price. We then define the suitability of the offices in terms of operational needs. This study is also used for the following services: "Searching, analysing and negotiating of office space" and "Renegotiation of actual rental conditions".
